Dennis Pescitelli is a certified coach with over twenty-five years of executive experience that includes team building, program and project management, and strategy development and implementation. His company—NewInsight Associates—helps highly motivated executives achieve professional mastery in their careers and personal freedom in their lives. Its ambitious cause is “To Fill Organizations with Enlightened Leaders.”
Dennis completed his coach training and certification with the Newfield Network—one of the oldest coach training programs certified by the International Coach Federation. He is certified by the Center for Creative Leadership to deliver its suite of executive leadership assessments, generally considered the “gold standard” among its kind. He is certified as well to deliver the 5 Dynamics decision suite (www.5Dynamics.com), a simple yet powerful management tool that enables executives to inspire employees to best performance through awareness of their unique skills and energy brought to each stage of the project cycle.
Dennis’ approach to coaching and leadership is based on his deep experience with effective implementation of programs and initiatives in the public sector. Dennis is certified by Loyola Marymount University in the Harvard Business School’s Balanced Scorecard strategic planning process, for which he successfully led implementation in an organization of over 5,000 employees. Under auspices of the U.S.-Ukraine Foundation, he has traveled to Kiev and other parts of Ukraine to advise local officials on how to develop and improve strategic planning in their municipal governments.
NewInsight Associates designed the Certified Leadership Series for the Illinois Society of Association Executives’ Institute for Executive Education, including survey and analysis of member needs, curriculum development, and selection and recruitment of presenters. He has also completed successful engagements with the Illinois Society of Professional Engineers, American Institute of Architects, Springfield College in Illinois, and the Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce. He recently was part of an international team that collaborated with Toronto-based leadership expert Dr. Lance Secretan in developing new executive-level tools to measure and promote noble values in the workplace.
Dennis holds professional degrees from Purdue University and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
