Many modern corporations are facing a leadership
crisis. It is estimated that within the next five
to ten years, many of today’s CEOs and other executive
leaders will be moving on to new challenges or retirement.
Much of today’s leadership is comprised of the aging
baby boomers looking to prepare key individuals to fill
their roles. Typically, the search begins internally, with
middle managers and those who have had success but need
that extra edge to make the cut.
Guiding this group to becoming successful leaders –
rather than simply managers – at times can seem a
daunting task, but not impossible with the right educational
curriculum and skilled instructors.
To address this need and reach this key group, the Illinois
Society of Association Executives (ISAE) has established
the ISAE Institute for Executive Education.
The ISAE Institute is open to anyone seeking professional
growth aimed at leading businesses and corporations to future
success. The ISAE Institute is the leading executive education
gateway in Illinois and represents ISAE’s total education
offering.
