In 2007, the ISAE Institute for Executive Education was fundamentally designed to be the leading educational gateway for professional growth and development across a variety of disciplines.  With the inauguration of The Institute, the first course, “The Leadership Series” was rolled out to critical acclaim.  To date over 30 individuals have graduated or participated in its offerings.

The Institute has added many new programs in the past four years and is again offering “The Leadership Series” in partnership with the Northern Illinois University – Association Resource Center, Naperville, Illinois.  ISAE will continue to expand The Institute’s offerings in 2012 thanks to commitments from our sponsors.

It is our goal to help association executives and others succeed by cultivating and empowering the leader within and developing management skills and tools.  In the planning stages are a CEO Workshop, technology based educational programs and a roll-out of monthly roundtable series.
