In front of every successful organization is a leader whose goals are clear and who inspires others to great achievements. The very best organizations are filled with motivated individuals who truly believe in their organization’s goals and have a clear understanding of their role in its success.

This sense of satisfaction, dedication and motivation is a fire that has been lit and stoked by the leaders of these successful organizations and usually burns the brightest in those who eventually lead themselves. This type of leadership is not born. Although many great leaders are very charismatic, many of these skills are taught.

In the past, if you were lucky, you could catch the eye of a supervisor who would take you in, groom you and prepare you for success. In today’s competitive workplace, individuals are still groomed for advancement. However, catching the attention of existing leadership can be difficult even for those naturally inclined for success.

For these individuals, the ISAE Institute for Executive Education has created the Certified Leadership Series. This series has been specifically designed to create leaders who lead as a lifestyle.

The series begins with the completion of a 360° assessment and analysis, followed by the first of six sessions. Each participant is required to complete five of the six core sessions to obtain official certification.

Between each session, individuals remain in contact with each other and instructors as they begin to apply the techniques they have acquired in real-world settings. In addition, participants progress through the program together and naturally begin to bond and coach each other through the process and on the other end, a group of managers evolve and emerge as leaders who will eventually take the reigns of their individual organizations.
